Worlds AIDS Day Rings around the World

From a flash mob in Des Moines, Iowa to quiet rallies on college campuses across the U.S. December 1 is World AIDS Day. African nations are struggling to maintain funding for AIDS prevention and care while Russia and China are trying to deal with the stigma and past refusal to acknowledge the disease.
But a powerful rock band front man called for the first AIDS-free generation to be born in 2015, giving hope to those around the world that this disease can be stanched.
