12 Days of Science: Day 6
President-elect Obama has announced his top officials to guide science policy during his administration. He chose four scientists for key positions and all advocate for a stronger federal policy when it comes to climate change. So when the White House changes hands next month, a far different wind will be blowing when it comes to developing strategies to fight, adapt and mitigate global climate change.
The new President also wants to restore scientific integrity to the White House and give science a place of importance in his agenda to jump start the economy and develop an alternative energy policy.
