Architect Dr. David Fisher unveiled his latest creation this week — a new revolving residential tower. Each floor will rotate, creating the first rotating skyscraper.
And, it will generate its own energy by using giant wind turbines attached to the outside of the building to harness the power of the wind. The architect would like to build other similar buildings in New York and Moscow. The Dubai tower is slated to open in 2010.
