Holly Dolliver, the lead scientist in this study, notes that antibiotics consumed by plants may be of particular concern to the organic farming industry.
Even when plants are perfectly healthy, it turns out that we are giving them medicine. New research has found animal antibiotics in soil are being absorbed by food crops.
